Gamij & Halisa - Award winning writing/recommendation

Recommendation for suitable Award / Reward for officers and staffs of Gamij GGS

If men are to be go-getter, they will have learned to take a joy in the essential differences between men and between cultures. They will learn that differences in ideas and attitudes are a delight, part of life's exciting variety, not something to fear. And, longing for this erudition comes from a redoubtable force which is self motivation and dedication of course. Yes, they emanate it. To wear the coniferous efflorescence of ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.
) are their tendency and equip themselves with experiences of it are their deportment.

Here goes the story of Gamij Field...... The Field indeed adds a significant value to the Ahmedabad Asset. Popular for its vastitude, the field extends from G#73 in the south to G#37 to the North wrt Gamij GGS which is approximately centrally located and the magnitude between the two is approximately not less than 70 to 80 to Kms. Again, those damaged and meandering village streets make it almost impossible to capture all the wells in a day. But, we are running along the length (the curve in fact) tirelessly and the tortuous field reciprocated in the harmony. It surrendered over our controlling capacity. The magnitude of our performance can be gauged from the percentage of flowing wells that we monitor to the number wells drilled this far that approximates to 70 %. A total of 99 wells have been drilled of which 70 are flowing wells giving a production of 400 M3 /day. If we encounter the details of that production it has raised from 340 M3 /day in Jan’ 2009 to 360 M3 /day in Apr' 09 and finally touched a touchstone of 400 M3 /day within a year without any setback and is susceptible to increase in the coming days. The above exponential success is not as simple as one can think of and it includes lots of strategy, tireless physical work, and incessant devotion and certainly a combined team effort. Well, it does not stop here as the field of Halisa too comes in the jurisdiction of Gamij GGS which is strategically located further 30 kms towards the North of Gamij GGS. A total of 09 wells are flowing as on date of a total of 13 wells drilled so far. With sustained monitoring production from Halisa filed has also seen a quantum jump from 300 m3 to 500 m3.

Further, it is a must to mention that we are total of 16 personnel only including installation manager and field manager. Remaining 14 work in a cyclic order and out of it 8 comes in shift duty, one goes for Gamij outside loading, one for Halisa field and the remaining 4 are responsible for the huge task of well visit, its monitoring, different jobs like HOC, HWC and many more. In general shift duty, the two electrical engineers namely Mr. ******** & Mr. ******** really deserve the words of encomium for their supreme performance, not only in their discipline (Electrical Maintenance) but also in production part. At many of the occasion, they handle the tough field all alone.

In view of the above, it is extremely necessitated to keep their esprit de corps at sky-high and I request to bestow the panegyric on people of the Gamij GGS at the occasion of the Republic day ceremony. It’s an anticipation for our procreative and productive Gamij.

Thanking you….
